Which cookies this website and the client panel set, for what purpose, for how long, and why no consent is needed for them.
This cookie statement belongs to the website http://localhost:8080 and the client panel of StarCore. It is based on Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and the GDPR.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser. Similar techniques include local storage and session storage in the browser. In this statement we call all these techniques "cookies".
2. Which cookies we set
We set only functional cookies: cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. Under Article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, no consent is required for these. That is why you do not see a cookie banner on our website.

Session and security cookies are encrypted and set with the Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite attributes.
3. What we do not set
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics or similar services).
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No cookies from social media or other third parties.
- No external fonts, scripts or embedded content that bring third-party cookies; all parts of the website are loaded from our own server.
Should this ever change, we will update this statement beforehand and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
4. Managing or deleting cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. If you block the cookies in the table above, the contact form, the brief form and the client panel will no longer work correctly; the public pages remain readable, but your language choice will not be remembered.
5. Our clients' websites
This statement only concerns http://localhost:8080 and the client panel. Websites that we build and host for clients have their own cookie policy, for which the client concerned is responsible.
